    How many days does it take for my order to ship?
    Fabric items, phone cases and mugs are made to order in the US and take 2-5 business days for production. Allow 1 week to ship for US orders and 2-4 weeks for international. All our book jewelry are entirely handmade in the Philippines and take 5-7 business to make. Shipping takes 2-4 weeks for international. 
    Can I change/return my order?
    Because all our products are made to order, we cannot entertain exchanges or returns except for defective items. Please read the product description carefully before making your purchase. We have provided size charts for all apparel for your reference.
    It has been more than 4 weeks and I still have not received my order. What do I do?
    In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order, do send us an email at support@literarylifestylecompany.com and we will assist you in locating the shipment. Should we fail to locate it and confirm that  it was lost in the mail we will send you a replacement.
    I want to order in bulk. Do you offer wholesale prices? How do I order in bulk?
    Yes we do offer wholesale prices for bulk orders. Please email us at info@literarylifestylecompany.com for inquiries.
    Can you put photos in the lockets for me?
    Yes, we can put photos in the lockets for you for an additional USD5 for each locket or two photos. Please select from the With Photo Inserts drop down Yes or No.
    How can I send photos to be inserted in the lockets?
    During checkout, fill out the form with the name and date to be printed on the packaging and upload your photo files.
    I see that your packaging for the book jewelry is personalized. How can I send you the name and date to be printed?
    During checkout, fill out the form with the name and date to be printed on the packaging. If left blank, the buyer’s name and the current year will be printed by default.
    I didn’t find the book I wanted. Can you make it for me?
    Not to worry, we can literally make any book cover you want. Purchase the Custom Book Locket listing and choose the style you prefer i.e. necklace, keychain, bookmark or bracelet. During checkout, upload a high resolution (if available) photo or image of the cover that you want.
    I would like to commission a custom design for my personal use or business. How do I go about it?
